Therapist Sponsors |
|
T.H.E.
Center currently has 21 equine therapists excited to be chosen
by a wonderful, caring and willing person (or group) as an
"adoptive horse." Our equine therapists are one
of the backbones of our program. They provide the
resources for our children to learn about horsemanship, provide
their natural gait to assist students gain strength, increase
fine and gross motor skills, improve head/neck control,
encourage trust, confidence and self-esteem. Plus all our
horses are "seniors", so not only would you be
supporting our program, but you would be helping a "senior
citizen" too!! |

New
Arena! |
Misting
Units |
|
Community
Foundation awarded a $4,000 grant to T.H.E. for a new larger
arena. We are completing the process and look forward to
installation in the fall... and we need help! |
For
his Eagle Scout Project, Jared West of Boy Scout Troop #43
raised funds and purchased all the materials & installed
misting units in our mare motel (where we get the horses ready),
and in our cheering section (where family and guests can sit and
watch). We are so thankful to Jared and his Scout Troop
for their hard work and choosing T.H.E. Center as his project.
Thank You!! |
